In Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Nigeria Ltd & Atlantic Energy Brass Development Ltd v Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Ltd (Suit No. FHC/L/CS/925/19), the Federal High Court of Nigeria rejected an application to set aside an award in favour of NPDC on grounds that the tribunal had exceeded its jurisdiction.
